Step 1 – CONSULTATION

Initial consultation based on requirements, budget and desired outcomes.

Step 2 – SITE VISIT

Site visit to assess the property, measure, determine layout, feasibility of design, materials and time frame.

Step 3 – REPORT

A report with recommendations is made.

Step 4 – QUOTE/SCOPE

Once the scope of work is agreed, a fixed price quote is prepared.

Step 5 – CONTRACT

A QBCC (Queensland Building & Construction Commission) building contract is signed with a fully licensed and insured builder which detail the agreed works and payment schedule. Everything is in writing so there are no surprises.

Step 6 – DELIVERY

My Property Scout organises and manages the repairs, maintenance, facelifts or renovations with the builder. Our project management ensures you are kept informed on the status of your job and ensure that it is completed on time and on budget.

Step 7 – STAGE

Furniture staging for presentation to the market or for professional photos (optional extra).

STEP 8 – FOLLOW-UP

My Property Scout is not happy until you are. We will help with any touch ups that may be required until you are completely satisfied.
